Ad Placement
Terms and Conditions of the RestMart.com web service.
By submitting an advertisement on RESTMART.COM and
creating a user account, you agree to be bound by
the Terms and Conditions as outlined below:
The Billing Cycle Date is the date (week and month) when the ad is
posted on RESTMART.COM. The SUBSCRIBER will be billed on the Billing Cycle Date and at the expiration
of each Billing Cycle Date thereafter, until SUBSCRIBER cancels.
The 7-Day ad will convert to the 30-day monthly rate at the end of the 7 days, unless cancelled.
For your convenience, all ads automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle Date unless
and until cancelled. You can CANCEL or UPDATE your ad anytime without penalty.
SUBSCRIBER may cancel their account at anytime
without penalty by completing the on-line cancellation form, which can be accessed
by clicking on the "Subscriber Log In" link located on the home page of RESTMART.COM
and completing the Ad Cancellation process. Cancellation
must be received at least three (3) days prior to the expiration of each Billing Cycle Date. If
cancellation is not received in accordance herewith, the ad will renew automatically on the established
Billing Cycle Date until proper cancellation is made. No prorated billing available.
Telephone cancellations are not accepted however,
you may fax your cancellation to 561-243-0058.
RESTMART.COM will use its best effort to activate a
new account within 24 hours of receipt from
SUBSCRIBER. However, RESTMART.COM will have no liability for delays.
Once an account is activated, SUBSCRIBERS ads will
be posted immediately. RESTMART.COM
reserves the right to change its Advertising Prices,
Terms, and Service it provides.
Space Usage: Each advertisement shall be contained
within 200 words. RESTMART.COM monitors space usage to ensure the ad does not exceed the allotment
and may modify ad to the style and format of the RESTMART.COM service. All information submitted must be true
and correct. RESTMART.COM reserves the right to
refuse or cancel ad at anytime.
RESTMART.COM does not monitor calling activity or response to advertisements and makes no claims, warrantees,
or claims as to results of an advertisement that a
user posts on the site. The RESTMART.COM service is being provided "AS
IS."
RESTMART.COM
does not take any responsibility for any actions a reader or buyer or business owner may take as a result of
the information posted on the RESTMART.COM site. Confidentiality is not the obligation or responsibility of RESTMART.COM.
SUBSCRIBER is responsible for the content of its ads. SUBSCRIBER agrees to abide
by all applicable laws. SUBSCRIBER agrees to hold RESTMART.COM harmless from and against any complaints,
claims, or liabilities associated directly or indirectly related to this service.
No prorated billing available. All cycles are prepaid for the full length of the cycle. In the event that
SUBSCRIBER does not cancel advertisement before it is automatically rebilled, SUBSCRIBER will be responsible
for that payment. SUBSCRIBERS should make note of billing date and send RESTMART.COM cancellation when
SUBSCRIBER wishes to cancel. RestMart
offers a full money-back guarantee on the 30 or 90
day ad if the user is not satisfied with the RestMart.com service. Just
let us know within the first 7 days of ad placement
and we will remove the ad and issue a full refund.
SUBSCRIBER agrees to reimburse RESTMART.COM for any and all fees incurred as a result of any
chargeback's by a SUBSCRIBER that has not been approved, in writing, by RESTMART.COM. Please
contact RESTMART.COM to resolve any dispute prior to contacting your credit card company to avoid
additions charges and fees.
In the event RESTMART.COM is required to hire a third party to collect any payment that is past
due and owing, SUBSCRIBER agrees to reimburse RESTMART.COM for all associated expenses, including
but not limited to collection fees, attorneys fees & court costs.
We are not a brokerage and we neither sell businesses nor do we promise to sell your business. You
are listing your business and making a payment for online advertising only. Results will vary based
on the type of business, location, price and many more factors.
This agreement applies to all users of RESTMART.COM. RESTMART.COM may amend this Agreement at any time.
