Restaurant TurnKey-Steal-Deal This restaurant is located at 620 Everett Mall Way suite 777, at the Club Casino in Everett WA. Red Roof Building on google earth.The restaurant portion is the whole west side of the building We have been is business for 2.75 years. We are interested in leasing out the restaurant side of the operation. Lease terms are negotiable. Lease is very reasonable. This is a opportunity that has great prospects and will go fast so don't delay. Terms Lessee will be responsible for 50% of the water,sewer,garbage and electricity billings. These comps will be charged to the customer at menu price and then deducted from our lease agreement at 25% of the total of the comps per month. The balance of the lease will be paid in cash. Lessee must purchase advertisements of $3,500 per month within the local market. Lessee will be responsible for any signage desired and is entitled to 50% of the total space on the hard sign and 25% of the time on the electronic message center. The Facility Our floor seats 120 with room to grow. The kitchen has everything needed for great food preparation and service. Also has a large walk-in and an adequate freezer space along with dry storage. There is a large rock fireplace at one end and a cork floor on the boardwalk.
